A: All bebabowls are available by preorder only during scheduled drops. Be sure to reserve early before we sell out!

Q: Do you deliver your products?
A: We are only offering pick up at this time.

Q: Do you offer large cakes for catering or events?
A: Yes! We make full size cakes for events and catering. Please contact us to request a quote.

Q: How should I store my Tres Leches Cake?
A: Keep it refrigerated at all times. Our cakes are soaked in a signature milk blend and must stay cold.

Q: How long will my cake last?
A: Up to 3 days in the fridge — though they usually disappear much sooner.

Q: Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?
A: No. All of our cakes contain dairy, eggs, and wheat. We currently don’t offer allergy-friendly or vegan versions.

Q: Can you accommodate allergies?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot at this time.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We understand things come up! While all sales are generally final due to the limited small-batch nature of our desserts, we’re happy to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll always do our best to find a sweet solution.
